* FOLLOWING LEAVING A DEPOSIT YOU WILL BE EMAILED A LEGAL RECIPT OF PURCHASE, ALONG WITH A CARE SHEET WITH ALL THE INFORMATION ON HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NEW BUNNY*
While not necessary, upon purchase of bunny, we strongly recommend a visit to the veterinarian within 21 days. Following 21 days, we can no longer be held liable for the bunny's health and wellness. Grace Periods are currently being granted when applicable, due to Vet's being back logged. If there is an issue with your bunny's health and wellness within the initial 21 day window, please have the veterinarian reach out to us immediately, and we will refund accordingly. We cannot at any point be held liable for veterinarian bills. Bunny's cannot be refunded at any point. If you do not want your bunny anymore, we will take them back with an updated veterinarian certificate that states the bunny is in good health. Following purchase of your bunny, we ask that you please follow all directions to make a seamless transition to the bunny's new environment. We Strongly recommend in addition a trip to the veterinarian on an annual basis as well.
We require a 50% deposit to hold a specific bunny aside until she/he is ready to go to their new home. Deposits can be sent on Cash App or Venmo. You can also meet us in person to leave the deposit in cash as well. At Pickup, payment must be made in cash, unless specified as otherwise. Gender at this age is roughly 95% accurate, however there can be the extremely rare instance where a male is a female or vice versa.
Deposits are non- refundable under any circumstances. When leaving a deposit, we take the bunny off the site & put it aside for you until pick up which then, the bunny is no longer available to go to another family. If for some reason you cannot pick the bunny up the day that we discuss please contact us right away to let us know and we will give you a 3 day grace period of holding the bunny aside. After that we charge $10 a day to hold the bunny aside until pick up or delivery. If we do not hear from you the day of pick up or delivery, we put the bunny back up for sale & you forfeit your deposit. We ask that you please send us a picture of the baby bunnies set up. If something does happen to your bunny and we never received a confirmation picture to validate the environment is safe and adequate, we cannot be held liable for the event of a tragedy occurring. We do not require much, but showing us the set up can determine the ability to safely raise your baby until it becomes a few months older. Please understand once these bunnies turn 8 weeks and 2 days we want to get them in their forever homes as soon as possible so they can grow with their new family.
