1. Due Diligence- Start off by looking for a website packed with information that is consistently updated. Look for topics that focus on education to demonstrate expertise. Make sure the website is not taking any reviews, pictures, and videos that are not from their customer base. At Lovely Bunny's we make sure our website has plenty of references, reading materials, and contact points for over the phone inquiries. 2. Reach Out Directly To The Breeder- If the breeder is only contactable by email, and not via phone call or at the VERY least text, it does raise some red flags in terms of dedication to their customer base. 3. Screen Your Potential Breeder- Just as we at Lovely Bunny's screen our customers over a phone call, do the same on your end. Make sure they put the time in to answer all your questions, however long the call may take. 4. Make Sure There Is Some Sort Of Sales Policy- No sales policy generally translates to bunnies are sold as is, and once they are in your care you are on your own. This is not how any business works and liability should always be accounted for in some type of protection on the customers end. 5. Read Authentic Reviews- If you look at our Review Page you will see genuine customer photos, with genuine reviews. This is just as important to even asking for references. If they cannot oblige they really do not follow up with their customers and care too much once their baby bunny goes home. 6. After Care Is Crucial- At Lovely Bunny's you have two resources to call or text as much as necessary to help with any questions you have.
